I'm having problems downloading the presentations from the tech summit. I tried to access them the other day and the files don't download or give me errors. There were 92 files and I'm posting screenshots of the locations where I was having problems:

Thanks for reporting, I have confirmed an occasional network interruption occurring but I have not yet been able to track down the cause. I have some tools to help with this but as soon as they are running download work as normal.

 

The only suggestion I have for the moment is to retry the downloads. In my tests when I got a network interruption even using the resume button would work correctly and the file would download.

 

I will keep investigating and update this thread as soon as this is resolved.
