Hi,
in my case, after logging in i immediately opened 4-5 tabs and in each one I got one notice for the survey, so i decided to complete it on one of the tabs and after i was done, i refreshed the other tabs and still got notifications but after cancelling them i stopped getting them.
can't say if it was a browser cookies problem in the new Edge i was using or not but i didn't survey notice anymore afterwards.
