My suggestion is to keep the original post, or the first post, which is created by the original poster or OP, always at top, even when we change the pages in a thread.
currently on a thread, there are usually multiple pages, but the first post or original post is only visible on the first page, if we go to the second page, it disappears. i find it very difficult because I usually have to go back and forth to refer to original text.
this will also help staying on topic.
