I can't get the e-mail notifications work

Hallo community members.


I don't get any e-mail notifications for replys to my discussions.

I have checked my board settings but I can't find the failure.

The email address is correct and works very well on github.


Can someone check my settings. You can find my settings in the attached pictures.

I understand you that my setting are all correct. Is that rigth?
Does you mean, the notifications will work in a few weeks, when the temporary bug/failure is gone?

It should go away on its own if your settings are the default ones.
btw I'm receiving Email notifications correctly at the moment

I still do not receive any e-mail notifications. Is there a way to reset the settings to default or can one of the board admins look at my profile?
It is annoying that I have to check my PMs and comments manually for new replies.

Hi your settings look ok to me, your currently configured get email notifications, unless you have already read them in the community.

 

I can see our system is sending email notifications for you so the only other thing I could suggest would be to check your spam folder.

If your mail system sents the e-mails, then they must be deleted by the spam filter of my provider (https://web.de). Can you tell me your sender address. The I can open a ticket on my providers support system. You can send the info to me by PM.
