So two things happened today:
1) I received an email notification about one of my answers being accepted as a solution. Problem is I've turned off any and all email notifications in my settings (I get enough email as it is).
2) I received a notification for a thread I've exlicitly subscribed to. I'm torn on this part, as I'm pretty sure this functionality didn't work previously, so I take it it's fixed now? :) I'm simply wondering whether the fact that no email notifications are toggled on in my profile applies to this scenario? I'm fine either way, since I took an explicit action to subscribe to the given thread, just curious :)
