How to identify human faces (Not animated/ cartoon faces) only

In the Microsoft Face API, is there any feature or attribute available to confirm whether it is a human face or a cartoon face?

No, such feature does not exist in Face API currently: "Detect" operation will catch cartoon faces and no field contains this kind of detail.
