Hi,
We have a Dutch Indirect Reseller, who signed the latest MPA in 2017. He hasn't signed in to the Partner Center for many years, and now he wants to start transacting licenses. However, when he signs in, he is unable to sign the latest Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA). He is still active as a Partner and Indirect Reseller, but there is no link or message to the latest MPA in his PC. This means he is unable to transact licenses through an Indirect Provider. Does anyone know how to accept the newest MPA through Partner Center? We did create a ticket in Partner Center, but so far, no one has been able to help.
Thanks in advance. 🙂

Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide tech support. However, I may have information that can help.
I do not know what the process was in 2017, therefore, my suggestion is that you start by reviewing the following current information to ensure the account was set up with current guidelines, and to ensure current steps were taken- The Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) for CSP - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn:
To continue to participate in the CSP program, you must first sign the Microsoft Partner Agreement. If you haven't signed the agreement, you'll receive reminders from Partner Center that you can easily sign the agreement from within Partner Center.
The MPA must be signed once in every CSP region where your company does CSP business. To learn more, see Cloud Solution Provider program regional markets and currencies where you can sell CSP offers.
Technically, if you are a Microsoft Reseller in CSP, you should work with your Indirect Provider (aka Distributor) who has a direct relationship with Microsoft and can provide you with customer support, pricing, and billing that help to ensure your success.

As a Reseller, your Indirect Provider should be able to assist.
