CSP Verification issue

Please help us.

We have a working CSP location for few years (incentives, customers and workshops are linked). Microsoft started re-verification for some reason. We submitted all required docs but received same answers that it’s not enough and asking for same information we already supplied. 
we opened a ticket to solve the problem but due to slow response from support (more than a week), the process removed the location. Whom we should escalate this? 

In my understanding if the issue exists and respective ticket is opened there should be no termination of account.
