Hi there,
My Class Notebook I have created will not open, it is saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes'. I have left it alone for around 20 min and this is still happening. I have had a student contact me with the same issue.
I am thinking it is just being overrun with more people using this service than before. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

In Teams, teachers have to set up the Class Notebook for the first time.
If already using it make sure it is synced in cloud. This way when using
it the next time helps.
When students use Class Notebook for the first time, they have to install the
OneNote for using Class Notebook. After installing it once they should not face
problem next time. This has worked for me and my students. Kindly try.
