More Syncing issues

Iron Contributor

We have a teacher who's class notebook has stopped syncing properly. The reason according to the error message is that one or more files or sections is corrupted. The advice given in the message says avoid using this section. OK- so we avoid using the section- actuall we've deleted it, yet the notebook wont sync. Next we tried closing the notebook- but as you probably know, this won't close immediately as it hasn't fully synced. The option now is to close it anyway, and have the unsynced pages go to a 'mis-placed pages' section. I'll do this tomorrow but it brings into focus a big problem with class notebooks as the year progresses: it's great when it works, but at soon as it doesn't, its more than just technical. This teacher now has to manually replace potentially over 30 pages of work when the book finally syncs- if it does. There is nothing to indicate how or why the offending section is corrupted; there are no pictures or videos, just text.

This is very annoying!
