Restriction on D365 customer voice access with D365 Sales Enterprise attach license

Hi There,

 

Is there any restriction on customer voice accessibility with D365 sales enterprise attach subscription that I'm not aware of?

One of my customers with D365 Sales Ent base and attach subscriptions is able to access customer voice only with the base license and not from the attach license. However, license guide doesn't stipulate any such restriction and CV should be available with both base and attach sales ent susbcriptions.

 

Do all individuals share the same understanding when it comes to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice subscriptions?

Per pg.5 of the D365 LG, base and attach licenses are identical in their core capabilities only.

 

Attach licenses do not include additional platform entitlements.
