Membership Business Applications Designation - MCV calculation

Hi all,

I have a question about the calculation of MCV for the Bus. Apps. Designation. 

Which licenses/SKUs are included in the MCV calculation for the Usage Growth?

Learn documentation only states that Finance and Project Operations are included in the workload. But what does that mean for all the other D365 Unified Operations products, like; Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Operations Activity, Device, Team Member, attach licenses? Are these all excluded from the workload?

I have a ticket running at Microsoft for a long while, and they simply can't give me an answer...

I'm not sure if you're saying that the support team has not responded to you at all, or if you're saying that they're response did not answer your question.

I know that D365 for Finance and Operations is now three application licenses — Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, and Dynamics 365 Commerce & it appears the table on your link may be all inclusive. 

Otherwise, if I find the more clarification, I'll update this post.

Hi team,

Thanks for the reply.
Partner Center support has replied to my case, though they have not been able to give me an answer yet. They escalated the question internally, but as of yet, they simply can't give me an definitive answer on which SKUs are included in MCV calculations. So they suggested to also ask this question here.

The link you shared for getting incentive support, redirects to login a ticket in Partner Center, which I already did, which is still open for 6 weeks now 

It is true that Finance, SCM and Commerce are D365 Unified Operations products, though both SCM and Commerce are not listed on the eligible workloads for the MCV calculation. Only Finance and Project Operations are mentioned, leaving out all the other SKUs. 

That seems really weird to me, as the partners selling SCM for example, now can't earn any MCV points. 

Hope you could also share some more insights on this. 

If Partner Center support finally provides me with an answer, then I'll also share that here.
