Hi
Visio Plan 2 for commercial customers are no longer available for new orders. At least this is the case in Sweden. It is only available for non-profit organisations.
Has Microsoft retired Vision Plan 2 for commercial customers in the NCE/CSP program?
Or has something gone wrong in the latest price list update?
/Richard

Thank you for posting to the community and sorry for any inconvenience.
I see that the Visio Plan 2 Online SKU shows DEPR on the December 2023 price list. Let me do some research.
Also, the missing Visio Plan 2 SKU has been discussed on the following link, so please check the following post for updates - Re: Microsoft visio plan 2 SKU lost Pricelist ? - Microsoft Community Hub
Technically, the missing SKU should be reported by submitting a support ticket, so please submit a ticket.

Thank you for your patience.
As an update to the Visio Plan 2 SKU, I was just informed that as of to date, this product is now only offered to charity.
Unfortunately, I have no further information, however, you may submit a support ticket to ask for further details and/or future scope.

So what alternative is there for businesses that require the desktop application (which was primarily why people bought Visio Plan 2)?

I've only heard talk of an error with the nonprofit SKU.
That said, would you mind providing me with the contact info and/or a snapshot of the conversation that you had with Microsoft please? I would like to show the Modern Works Business Planner to find out if there's a discrepancy.

The information about the commercial SKU that your Distributor provided to you contradicts the information that I've received from the Microsoft team for this product.
I've shared your response(s) and will follow up once this has been clarified.
Thanks @RichardWahlstedt

@RichardWahlstedt and All,
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to obtain the answer that we need. While the information that I provided came from someone who contributes to the price list documentation, I'm concerned that there's a conflict with the information that you were provided. Perhaps neither source was the correct SME to accurately answer us.
Therefore, this is one where you'll need to submit a support ticket in Partner Center so address this directly. If you're a Reseller, you can ask your Indirect Provider to submit the ticket.
I'm sorry that I cannot confirm on this platform, however the support ticket should provide clarification.

My Indirect Provider has submitted a ticket and the response was what I described above.
It feels very illogical that Visio Plan 2 would only be available to non-profits.
So I don't feel the need to post a new ticket.

SolutionHi @RichardWahlstedt @MichaelS-FTZA
I was not satisfied with the conflicting information because Partners should be able to receive reliable information (to the best of my ability).
Therefore, I kept reaching out and can confirm that yes, the commercial Visio Plan 2 SKU should be available for purchase through the Microsoft 365 admin center or through a Microsoft authorized reseller. *** UPDATE *** The issue that happened was that Visio Plan 2 SKU title was appearing with (Non-Profit Pricing) for the commercial product, but we've corrected this SKU title issue in the pricelist republish earlier today.
Your Indirect Provider has already taken care of this for you, so hopefully it can be added to the price list sooner than later.
Going forward, if you have questions, please remember that Resellers should contact their Indirect Provider for any assistance and we're here to help him/her.
If this reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.
