Please can you help me with some queries regarding the D365 Field Service Contractor SKU.
I understand this is a new SKU, and on MS documentation it states that it is available from 1st December 2023.
Unfortunately this SKU is not being made available to us from our Microsoft master price file, therefore when customers enquire about this, I'm currently unable to answer fully.
Is this only available only directly through Microsoft? Or currently only in the USA? Or should we able to sell this license through the partner channel? Please help.
