Why MDE report showing 'onboarded' and yet 'not supported'?

Hi,

We have just exported the MDE Device inventory from security.microsoft.com - to get a view of the status of our MDE deployment across the organization.

 

In the attachment, you can see that the machine have been 'onboarded' - but why are they showing as "not supported" in the 'Antivirus status' column?
