why cannot AA view properties under settings on his subscription ?


I have a cx who cannot view the below option to see " properties" feature  though he logged in with correct credential on correct tenant ID on In-cognito/private?

customer says that he was able to see this feature before performing subscription ownership transfer but now after getting billing ownership transfer successfully, its not visible ?

Follow these steps to change the Service Administrator in the Azure portal.

  1. Make sure your scenario is supported by checking the limitations for changing the Service Administrator.

  2. Sign in to the Azure portal as the Account Administrator.

  3. Open Cost Management + Billing and select a subscription.

  4. In the left navigation, click Properties.

  5. Click Change service admin.



customer tried checking in " subscriptions" option under Home and under "azure subscriptions" option under Cost Management + Billing
