What is really guaranteed in Azure SLA?

Hi All


Looking for some clarification on what
 is guaranteed in an Azure Service Level Agreement (SLA).

 

Is it the :
       A. uptime 

        Or 
      B. feature availability

 

One of the the below two links says it is for feature availability and the other says uptime and connectivity. So which one is the correct answer if I had to answer this on the exam?
