We have a user who works on a hybrid joined laptop and when accessing O365 sites he receives and error that the client is not compliant, but this only happens with Edge and Firefox Browser. When he uses Chrome or IE it works and the CA policy doesn't lock him out. We don't have any browser specific CA policy (and it is only this one user with this error). The logs in AAD aren't too helpful, they just show that it thinks the laptop isn't compliant when using EDGE/Firefox, but is when using IE/Chrome.
Has anyone had a similar issue before? We are currently thinking this could be a client issue but it is hard to test because the user is in homeoffice.
