I am able to download Test Result and Test Run attachments but cannot seem to download Test Step attachments from the Test Case work item. For example, if a Test Case is defined with attachments per each step those are the ones I am trying to download. I have tried the GET Results call including the iteration details parameter but that does not return the attachment id for each step.
