Upload an Azure Management API Management Certificate

Hi Concern Team,

We would like to intrgreate Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) in Azure ,Please help to know how to add certificate in Azure new management portal which is portal.azure.com.

Certificate based authentication is not available for ARM resources.
If you decide to use ASM resources you can upload a managment certificate using visual studio or following this guide https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/markm/2014/12/16/how-to-connect-to-your-azure-account-using-a-manag....

Please not that using a management cert is the equivalent if SA for the subscription.
