Two support tickets - No response

I have two support tickets in for Azure support, needing to move Azure assets from an expired subscription to a new subscription, but unable to do so due to expired subscription being disabled.

Support ticket 2106250040003368 was submitted 6/25, no response yet.

Support ticket 2107010040003301 submitted on 7/1, from the other account (to which I need to move the resources), and no response.


How does a person get actual support from Azure?

Message Azure Support on Twitter, they can chase it up for you:
I would rather not have to create a Twitter account for this. Is there any other way?
