Sync between Github and VSTS (Azure DevOps)

Hi Team,

Sync between Github and VSTS (Azure DevOps) fails in Azure pipelines.

fatal: unable to access 'https://***@dev.azure.com/test/test/_git/content.test/': The requested URL returned error: 403
##[error]Error: The process '/usr/bin/git' failed with exit code 128

Pls note this was working last week not sure what caused this issue, can you pls with your suggestions to troubleshoot.
Note: verified no issue with keyvault access.

Hi Team, for other benefit. Issue due to PAT of user left organization. Integration done with user's PAT which caused issue when user profile inactivation due to his resignation.
Changed the integration with service connection to fix permanently.
