Storage Sync Service - Failed to provision a replica group.

I have a Storage Account & Azure Storage Sync Service with PrivateEndpoints and on the same vNet/Subnet. The Storage account has Public network with "enabled from selected virtual networks.." selected and exemption for 'Allow Azure services on the trusted services list' ticked.

When I add a cloud endpoint, currently its failing

'Setting up sync configuration

Failed to provision a replica group'

Any idea what could be going wrong ?

Do you have enough permissions in Azure? Elevate to owner of the subscription and/or Storage Account.

Some question of "Cloud endpoint creation failed" 

Also be sure you've followed all relevant steps for Azure File Share setup, such as DNS and SMB.
