I’ve been reviewing our Azure subscriptions and noticed that they are tied to individual users who no longer work with us. While I’m aware that we can transfer subscriptions to new users, I believe it would be more secure to assign these to a generic account dedicated solely to managing subscriptions. This would prevent any disruptions with current, active subscriptions and ensure ongoing management regardless of staff changes. Could you advise on how we can set this up without granting unnecessary access elsewhere in Azure? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
