Remove iOS App from Supervised Device

Copper Contributor
Hi guys. I’m testing a POC on some iOS devices that are enrolled and supervised thorough Intune.

Devices are not assigned to a user and I can deploy VPP AppStore licensed apps no problem.

My question: is there a way to remove these apps? I have removed the licenses from the devices using Intune (and they have successfully been released) but the apps themselves seem to remain on the device. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried to Selective Wipe but my test devices aren’t associated with a user so that doesn’t seem to be an option.

Thanks.

Managed to answer my own question. For those that come here:

Client Apps > Apps > Assignments

Add a Group and select Assignment Type as Uninstall. Pushes an uninstall command to the Group.

Simple!
