Outlook Classic desktop keeps losing account connectivity

I think this may be an azure issue, can anyone please help?

New portable running 64 bit Windows 11 home - only purchased 2 weeks ago.

I have a Windows personal account, AND a Windows pro business account, office 365 and all the bells and whistles

The portable seems locked into logging into my personal account, though appears undoubtedly also signed into the business account as I believe the two accounts are linked through Microsoft.

When I first logged on Desktop Classic Outlook (my preferred mail system)  picked up everything I chucked at it, business emails, personal accounts, personal hotmail accounts etc.  However, with unfailing regularity it fails to launch.  Sometimes I run SARA - the outlook routines don't help, but if I send it off to check for office apps login issues sometimes it says it is resetting login data and magically the classic outlook will launch and all will  be fine.  However, within a short while it loses the lot again and won't complete - it usually picks up, starts to launch - I get the outlook launch screen and then it goes no further.  sometimes it won't launch at all.  I've sometimes got SARA to the point of wanting to record a log, and then it gets to the processing it to send bit and gets stuck there.  Other computers are having no problems with the Outlook classic and those are picking up the emails without issue, I just can't get it to reliably launch on this brand spanking new portable.  I am reasonably IT competent and have tried most of what seems reasonable, but still Outlook Classic won't launch and pick up my emails.  I wondered if there is anything else I need to do.  Other Office 365 apps have downloaded and appear properly logged into my business account and I can access my business Onedrive files at office desktop level on the new machine so I am quite baffled.  Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Would suggest focus on Outlook, then Windows and driver
