I need to create a VM in US East, Central or West and I just signed up for Azure. All of them were showing B2's as unavailable, only place I could find them was Australia East. Since I had just signed up my account is in free mode. From what I understand, I need to upgrade to pay as you go in order to get access to the VM's in the US. I opened a billing ticket to upgrade me, because I am free it is stuck as a Sev C. Is this the right way to approach this problem?
