Is it possible to have no data loss (RPO=0)?

Is it possible to have no Data Loss (RPO = 0) in Azure?

Usually, Azure paired regions are set at a distance and thus not sure if it still possible to have RPO = 0.

(Azure Region: Azure Australia East & Australia SouthEast)
Note: Currently, no Availability Zone in Australia Region

Business Requirement:

To Host SAP services in Azure with ZERO data Loss

I think at the Moment there is no Solution to reach and RPO=0.

Maybe with the Availability Zones, rising at the horizon there will be a nearby Solution available, but since then, it will be hard to achieve that goal.
