IP ping is OK but hostname no / VMs Azure joined to AD/DNS on promise

Hi,
I have Azure VMs that are connected and joined to the local AD and DNS server.
I can ping my VMs with their ips but I cannot with their names.

I added the area as showing the following image

Hi what is the result of the nslookup the dnsname of the domain controller 

Do you have the Dns record of the virtual machine in Azure ? 

Try also to put the A record it seems to be missing regarding your screenshot
