Identity Secure Score is NAN%

Hi Everyone,

I have built a new Tenant and my secure identity score is NAN% and there are no recommendations showing up. It's been 20 days now. 

Microsoft Secure Score is around 44%.

Can someone please guide how can I fix this problem.

Same issue this side on Tenants were it used to work and now it doesn't work anymore.
