Idea: Allow support agents to report customer feedback on the relevant Azure fora

When working with support on resolving an issue with Azure (or other services like AzureDevOps) it happens that the underlying problem is interpreted as a feature and not a bug.


The support agent will then suggest to close the case by saying "Below is a link to leave feedback for the product team. The feedback is constantly being monitored by our product group and all feedbacks are reviewed and checked by our Team"


The issue with this approach is that it requires an additional action from the customer.

Instead, some of the burden placed on Azure customers could be reduced if a customer could ask the support agent to provide feedback on the forum.
