Hi Maqbool,

It is possible to host a member server in Azure. Before you can join the azure vm to your on-premise domain, you'll have to connect you on-premise datacenter to Azure. This can be done using Expressroute, or by creating a site-to-site VPN to extend you datacenter to Azure.

Is there any document or training video/demo so that i can start the process.?

Make Virtual Net in Azure, connect with your on-premise Net through VPN connection.

For some hands-on experience, you can have a look at the labs from Microsoft.

There are several interesting labs on Azure Networking.
