How to get Azure Policy Compliance Information on mail?

Hi,

I have configured many azure policies (custom and built-in) however I would like to have compliance information on mail with below format. Can someone please help me. I tried looking out the data in log analytics but no luck.

Policy Name | Scope | Compliance State | Resource Name | RG Name | Reason for non-compliance (Optional)
