How to auto populate list on the selection of option from another field

We are using two different templates to report issues/suggestions. These templates contains two Picklist fields i.e. Platform and Module.

Platform list contain options like Web app, iOS app and Android app

Module list contains the modules under these platforms.

I want to populate Module list on the basis of selection from Platform list. Kindly provide me the solution.
