How can i fix the MSDN subcription error.

how can i remove the MSDN subscription. and how can resubscribe it?

if any other suggestion for the following error. pls explain to me.
the error MSDN happening is "spending limit".
and when i follow of the Microsoft from,

"https://docs.microsoft.com/en-s/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/spending-limit"
that is doesn't work for me.

To remove the spending limit, you have to enter in your credit card.

To check if your the Account Administrator:

Sign in to the Azure portal.
On the Hub menu, select Subscription.
Select the subscription you want to check, and then look under Settings.
Select Properties. The account administrator of the subscription is displayed in the Account Admin box.

Not sure if you can remove the spending limit (ie add the credit card in), when the subscription is enabled for next time and then set up Budgets so there isn't any surprises.
i have solved this problem with Microsoft Support teams.
We can't control to the Subscription. The Microsoft teams remote and help after fixed this problem.
