Help with Azure VM question

Copper Contributor

Our VMs are hosted on Azure (IaaS). There are two major subnets in the Azure infrastructure environment – one that contain all VMs that are used internally within the organisation by staff and the other with VMs that host applications that are client facing through the internet.

I have been notified by your team’s senior application developer that one of the client facing front end applications is running slow, and when they have tried to remote (RDP) into the VM hosting this application they are receiving a connection timeout issue. You can confirm that you are receiving the same error when trying to RDP to this VM. This issue seems to be localised to this VM only as you have been able to remote into other VMs.

Any assistance regarding this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
