Situation: Currently, users within our organization will have one or more active director accounts. The first/main account is considered our "standard" account with limited privileges. For those who have elevated admin rights, they will have additional AD "admin" accounts.
Issue: Because of the situation mentioned above, users are showing up multiple times as an available option to both tag users in chats and also to assign work to. This creates confusion both at the time of tagging/assigning work, but also has unintended side effects later as well such as needing to select two or more user accounts on filters etc.
Question: Is there a way to filter out what users are available for things such as tagging and assigning work?
