When displaying the Boards Work Details Side Pane in Sprint View there is no ability to specify a sort order on the Work By: Assigned To component. There does not seem to be any apparent order to how people are listed in this pane, apart from the fact that when this side panel is displayed for a sprint they are always listed in the same non-sensical order.
