I will start with a preface - I am new to Azure and Cosmos.
My main background is traditional on prem, SQL based databases and I have been working to read/learn as much as I can about both Azure and Cosmos for a small business idea I am working on.
To that end, I was able to spin up my shell Cosmos DB pretty quick however when I try to create a new document right within the Azure Portal, I get a little red exclamation icon when I click the save button and the JSON document does not save.
I am sure it is something really simple, however can not figure out what I am doing wrong. In my head what I am doing should work. Thanks in advance for any help to steer a newbie in the right direction!
