Can we enforce the rule in classic release pipelines , to deploy the stage B only when Stage A is successed . this condition should be enforced on independent stage.
Like if there are 3 stages . Stage A, stage B , Stage C.
when i'm deploying direcctly Satge b , it should check if Stage A is successed.
