I am a subscription owner with Application Insights basic on an app. My co-admins receive weekly digest and throughput limit e-mails but I do not. I do not see anywhere to manage these e-mails. Searches for this have only turned up how to disable them (select "unsubscribe" link in e-mail). How can I subscribe?
