In most places, it is said that Storage pricing is charged based on usage but not on allocation.
However as per this link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/managed-disks/ , if we attach a P10 disk to a VM , we will be charged the fulll amount every month irrespctive of usage .
WHich one is correct ?
