We are trying to move our development environment to azure cloud.
now:
we have 10 C# developers working on different functionality of the .net app.
they have 10 pc's with MS studio installed and code repository to check-in and out code and release to production.
1. Do I need 10 paas VM's , one for each user or one in which case how is it shared?
2. Are we to do all development at premise, as now or we can get rid of on-premise MS studio and do all development on th VM's
2. Where do we manage our code repository.
