Is there a process for a business owner to reset the Global Admin username and password for their Azure/ Office 365 tenancy? The third party and sole Global Admin account holder that originally set it up is no longer available. The business owner does have control over DNS for the primary domain for which tenancy is configured and could add records to prove ownership.
