Found a bug in the Azure spending rate and forecast calculation. My typical spend / month is just $90. On March 3rd, I purchased an SSL Cert for $70, which covers me for an entire year.
Yesterday (Mar 5) when I went into my dashboard, the Spending Rate and Forecast says my spend for March was predicted at $874!!
I nearly had a heart attack, until I figured out that it prorated the $70 cert as a $70 every 3 days (roughly) since I purchased it on the 3rd of March!
