So, suddenly our subscription is blank and overnight we have no services. All sites are down as well. What do you do as Azure seems to offer no quick subscription support.

There are a few options and since this a a Billing (Subscription) issue you do not need a support plan as they are always free.

Link above also has a Live Chat option that can assist with filing a support case to the right group.
