Azure Logic Apps with Route tables to find Next hop IP address as empty.

Hi,

this is regarding Azure Logic Apps with Route Tables to find out the empty "Next Hop IP Address" and send us an email notification, if anyone tries to change, create, or delete those routes.

Please help me with the steps to create a logic app.

I need Azure Logic Apps code/steps to find the " Next hop IP address" as empty. if anyone try to change, create, or delete those routes.
