We use Azure DevOps (https://company.visualstudio.com) and have a couple questions ways to make changes in the system safely.
1. Since this is an online product and Microsoft maintains it, is the only way to restore anything have to go through a ticket? It looks like you might be able to restore projects through the interface but was wondering if there was a way to restore other contents or maybe the whole thing?
2. Can we just make a secondary site and restore the data so we have a copy of our existing information so we can test changes before we try to deploy them to production?
