Hi everyone!
I'm new to Azure Devops. I have a new install of Azure DevOps server installed and trying to figure out if Pipelines has the capability to create a parameters form to pass parameters/variables to my BICEP/ARM templates for VM provisioning. Trying to setup a VM build pipeline where I can just input the parameters and press build to provision VMs in Azure.
