Azure DevOps Build Pipeline Issue with MS Hosted agent

Hi,

We have an Pipeline running on MS hosted agent i.e., windows-2022 but the Build pipeline is getting failed with the error "We stopped hearing from agent Hosted Agent. Verify the agent machine is running and has a healthy network connection. Anything that terminates an agent process, starves it for CPU, or blocks its network access can cause this error." 
and the Next run for the same Build pipeline got success

Can i know the reason why i am getting the above error randomly when i run the Build pipeline

Check the log to see whether agent have finished uploading yet

Thanks for the reply

We got the error and agent got exited running with the failure 

and Can we create an alert to send an email, when the Build or Release pipeline got failed?
